IAM Specialist

This role provides third-level technical support for Identity and Directory services, including Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, to resolve complex issues impacting daily operations. The specialist designs, implements, and supports Identity Management technologies within a large-scale environment, ensuring security compliance and system performance. Responsibilities include conducting access audits, managing user provisioning, and enabling modern access management options like single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
