IBOR/OMS Lead

Neuberger Berman's Private Markets group seeks an IBOR/OMS Lead to architect and deploy the firm's investment book of record and order management capabilities across private equity, debt, and other strategies. This hands-on leadership role involves evaluating vendor solutions or build approaches, defining target-state architecture, and integrating with custodians and administrators to provide a real-time view of complex private markets transactions. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of investment technology experience, deep functional knowledge of investment books, and proficiency with transaction messaging standards.
