About this role

Leidos is seeking an ICAM / Identity Engineer to join the Air Traffic Business Area within the Homeland Sector, supporting the development of the Leidos Common Automation Platform (L-CAP). This role involves implementing the identity, credential, and access management layer, integrating with government-provided ICAM services, and enforcing per-session authorization across distributed mission services. The position operates within a SAFe/Agile framework and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Public Trust investigation.

Responsibilities

Integrate L-CAP services with government ICAM services using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Implement per-session authentication and authorization enforcing default-deny access
Design and implement role-based and attribute-based access controls aligned to operational roles
