ICAM Operational Support Specialist

The ICAM Operational Support Specialist provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 customer-facing support for a federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management contract, resolving escalated identity and access issues across SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and GitHub environments. This role involves direct collaboration with end users, application owners, and government stakeholders to troubleshoot authentication, provisioning, and access management challenges. The position requires maintaining accurate records in ServiceNow, performing root cause analysis, and supporting identity lifecycle events to ensure secure and compliant access.
