Ice Cream Facilities Supervisor

The Ice Cream Facilities Supervisor leads facility and utility maintenance operations in a 24/7 ice cream manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance while driving the Ice Cream Manufacturing System (ICMS) and championing company cultural behaviors. Reporting to the Associate Director of Engineering, this role manages the facilities maintenance group, oversees building and grounds operations, and ensures compliance with safety, health, environmental, and GMP requirements. The position plays a key role in strengthening site performance across safety, quality, output, and cost metrics.
