Ice Customer Service Representative

The Ice Customer Service Representative builds positive customer relationships by answering questions, providing information about district programs and events, and processing activity registration requests. As the first point of contact, this role requires excellent customer service skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to make sound decisions independently. The position reports to the Aquatics and Ice General Manager and involves providing public information about programming at the Centennial Recreation Complex.
