ICLA Officer

The ICLA Officer ensures the day-to-day implementation of Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance activities in the field, supervising assistants and ensuring compliance with NRC policies and donor requirements. The role involves providing legal information, counseling, and assistance to displaced populations, conducting needs assessments, and organizing capacity-building training for local authorities and community leaders. The officer also coordinates with government officials, humanitarian partners, and NGOs to establish referral networks and maintain accurate data records.
