ICT Support Officer

This role provides first-line ICT support to end users, addressing incidents and service requests in line with established service levels. The position involves assisting with the maintenance of ICT documentation, supporting corporate applications, and performing basic troubleshooting and configuration of ICT equipment. The incumbent also supports the implementation of ICT standards, policies, and guidelines while managing user accounts and system updates under supervision.
