Belastingdienst
The ICT talentship is a 1.5-year program combining a basic ICT education with practical work experience at the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. Participants start with a six-month foundational course, followed by a one-year traineeship where they specialize in a chosen ICT area while working in a scrum team. Upon successful completion, candidates receive a permanent position and the opportunity to pursue an HBO ICT diploma.
