ICU Float Nurse

The ICU Float Nurse works on the Resource Team covering all ICU units at Banner University Medical Center, including Trauma Surgical, Cardiovascular, Neurological, and Medical‑Surgical ICUs. The role is full‑time night shift (3 × 12‑hour shifts, 7:00 pm‑7:30 am) with holiday and weekend availability, offering shift differentials and a float incentive. The nurse provides comprehensive patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies.
