ICU PA

The ICU PA serves as the primary overnight critical care provider, collaborating with attending intensivists and multidisciplinary teams to assess, treat, and manage critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. This role provides dedicated overnight coverage, supports rapid response events, and contributes to enhancing patient safety and clinical capabilities. The position is integral to improving off-hours clinical support and reducing ICU transfers within the hospital.
