About this role
The ICU RN 1 provides direct nursing care to critically ill adults in a fast-paced intensive care unit, caring for patients recovering from major surgeries, strokes, and complex medical conditions. The role supports patient- and family-centered care within a multidisciplinary team at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton. This position is scheduled as straight nights with clinical expectations aligned to ICU-level care and unit-specific competencies.
