Identity and Access Management Leader

This role is responsible for defining and delivering BHP's enterprise Identity and Access Management strategy, services, and roadmap to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant access across all systems and environments. The leader will establish identity as a foundational element of the Zero Trust security model while balancing security, operational performance, and user experience. Success requires extensive collaboration across cybersecurity, technology, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
