Identity & Tooling Team Lead

This role leads the Identity & Tooling team to define and implement Alma’s identity and access management strategy, ensuring secure and efficient system access for employees. The position involves managing the identity lifecycle, establishing tooling governance, and driving security and compliance across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee a team of two and collaborate closely with IT, Security, Engineering, and business units.
