iDM System Program Lead

This role serves as the main technical interface for xEV product development, coordinating with customers and internal engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining project scope, tracking milestones and risks, and managing resources across mechanical and electrical functions. The position requires acting as the primary customer contact during quote phases and overseeing engineering deliverables for hybrid and electric powertrain systems.
