The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement, automation, and documentation across IDR reimbursement workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and development of reimbursement methodologies supporting Open Negotiation and IDR
Develop and maintain Open Negotiation amounts using claims experience and contractual terms
Provide in-depth financial analyses on reimbursement rates and dispute outcomes
