IEM
The IEM Readiness Corps provides a standing force of dedicated professionals prepared to augment governmental and humanitarian efforts before, during, and after disasters. This on-call role enables rapid deployment to support disaster preparedness, response, and recovery initiatives across the United States. Members collaborate with government agencies and nonprofit organizations to coordinate operations, planning, logistics, and administrative tasks in Emergency Operations Centers or field deployments.
