IFM COE Director

The IFM COE Director enables strategy and integrated service delivery for a major global financial services account, overseeing Facility Management, Engineering, Health Safety and Environmental, Energy & Sustainability, and Business Programs. This leader drives innovation, establishes best practices, and manages national programs while serving as the liaison between the Alliance Director and the JLL Organization. The role focuses on operational efficiency, cost savings, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
