IIC Provider Engagement Director

The IIC Provider Engagement Director is a strategic, full-time hybrid role responsible for maintaining high-quality Intensive In-Community clinical services within a personal caseload and leading the expansion of the agency's clinical network. The position involves recruiting, screening, and engaging Clinician and Behavioral Assistant providers throughout New Jersey while managing direct clinical duties and documentation. This role serves as a liaison between new clinicians and leadership, tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
