IIH Team Member

The IIH Team Member coordinates and oversees assessment activities, convenes Child and Family Teams, and links clients to appropriate services. This role involves providing and coordinating behavioral health services, participating in the Person-Centered Planning process, and offering crisis intervention to youth recipients. The position requires monitoring client progress and documenting the effectiveness of interventions.
