IL6S Process Engineer

The IL6S Process Engineer supports manufacturing line leaders to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets by coaching teams, eliminating losses, and troubleshooting line problems. This role involves working independently on the manufacturing floor to improve systems, manage statistical process control, and lead small-group activities to enhance line team capabilities. The position requires strong data analysis skills, hands-on knowledge of Centerline management and Root Cause Analysis, and the ability to coach shopfloor teams within a union environment.
