Image Processing Technician

The Image Processing Technician position supports the UI Claims Administration unit by sorting, prepping, and scanning claimant and employer documents. The role involves reviewing and validating scanned documents for proper indexing while handling incoming communications from internal and external customers. Additional duties include sorting mail, performing data entry, and providing general administrative support.
