Imaging Supervisor - Federal

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Imaging Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a team of 15–30 employees at their secure Boyers Underground facility. In this role, the individual will ensure the efficient storage, maintenance, and digitization of federal records while managing projects and optimizing processes for high-volume customer orders. The position requires leading team development, resolving complex customer issues, and maintaining high quality standards in a production-driven environment.
