Immersive Learning Student Employee - Peer Mentor

This part-time position involves providing intentional, relationship-based support to newly admitted students as they transition to college and throughout their first year. Peer Mentors help students feel prepared before arrival, connected during their first year, and supported as they engage in the Ensign College experience. The role includes pre-arrival guidance, supporting ENS 101 courses, and building positive mentoring relationships to foster student success and belonging.
