A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support its business immigration practice, focusing on preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, consular applications, labor certifications, and family-based immigration matters. The role requires managing case progress, coordinating with clients and government agencies, and maintaining accurate immigration records. New hires must work in the office for the first 6–8 weeks for training before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
