About this role
The Immigration Specialist at the Research Foundation of CUNY serves as the subject matter expert on employment-related immigration matters, supporting RFCUNY’s HR units and acting as a liaison with external immigration counsel. The role provides consultative guidance on a range of visa classifications and supports HR compliance and personnel services initiatives. The position reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, Personnel Services, with dotted reporting to the Associate Director of HR, Employment Services.
