About this role

The Immunotherapy Toxicity Management Program (iTox) Consult Physician Assistant will join the solid tumor consult team at Dana-Farber, managing inpatient iTox consults and serving as the key contact for consult requests. This role involves collaborating with attending physicians to staff patients, coordinate care across ambulatory and inpatient settings, and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge. The position requires practice across two locations with travel between sites expected during work hours.

Responsibilities

Manage inpatient immunotherapy toxicity consults and coordinate patient care
Examine patients and recommend work-up for new cancer diagnoses
Follow up on pending pathology and testing results after patient discharge
