Impact Coordinator

The Impact Coordinator serves as a critical member of the Community Impact Department, working closely with multiple key impact initiatives to design, implement, and track programming aligned with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas pillars of Education, Income, Health, and Capacity Building. This role provides high-level support for place-based impact initiatives, manages project timelines, and tracks impact data to drive measurable outcomes across Southern Dallas and North Texas. The position requires strong relational skills, project management expertise, and a passion for driving social change in collaboration with corporate, civic, and nonprofit partners.
