About this role
An Impact Manager leads and develops teams of AmeriCorps members to deliver City Year’s Whole School Whole Child model within partner schools. The role reports to an Impact Director and works onsite to strengthen school partnerships and support student outcomes. The IM focuses on staff development, alignment between City Year and school goals, and advancing the organization’s mission in schools.
