About this role
The Impact Manager is a school-based role that directly manages 8–12 AmeriCorps members to improve student performance through targeted ELA and math interventions. The position serves as the primary liaison between City Year New Orleans and partner schools, ensuring necessary conditions and resources for high-quality interventions and after-school programming. The Impact Manager reports to the Managing Director of Impact and supports implementation of the organization's school-based service model.
