The Impact Manager leads and develops a team of AmeriCorps members in partner schools, implementing City Year’s Whole School Whole Child service model to improve student academic, attendance, and SEL outcomes. Reporting to the Impact Director, the role also serves as a liaison between City Year and school partners while coaching members to build leadership skills and prepare for post‑service pathways.
