Implementation Coordinator

POS is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join its growing team in Waterloo, Iowa, responsible for getting customers live on the Print Storefront line of business. The role involves leading client discovery calls, collaborating with internal teams, and executing all implementation steps, quality controls, and client training for the finished storefront. This position serves as a liaison between customers and internal support services to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
