IPA™
The Implementation Engineer serves as the primary onsite representative for IPA, responsible for the full implementation of scrub and linen automation solutions at customer sites. This role involves installing, networking, and powering up systems, training clients, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure long-term success. The position requires extensive travel to healthcare facilities across the country to deliver hands-on technical support and customer training.
