About this role

CSCI Consulting seeks an Implementation Integration Lead to serve as the primary coordination bridge between project leadership, implementation teams, and federal agency stakeholders for the Department of War. This role ensures alignment across multiple groups by facilitating communication, tracking dependencies, and resolving issues that impact project requirements, design, testing, and deployment. Working closely with the PMO, the lead supports successful delivery through improved stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and implementation readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary coordination point between implementation teams and client stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration across functional and technical teams to resolve dependencies
Track open items, stakeholder actions, and pending decisions to prevent timeline impacts
Support implementation readiness efforts including testing, training, and deployment
Prepare for and support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and status reviews
