Implementation Manager, Core

The Core Implementation Manager owns a portfolio of approximately 40+ First Due Core implementations, managing projects from contract signature through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. This fully autonomous role requires disciplined project management, strong customer command, and the ability to direct internal specialists toward a single go-live date. The position is accountable for planned duration, scope, risk, customer communication, and time to value within the signed SOW.
