About this role

Puzzle is seeking an Implementation Manager focused on Accounting Partnerships to own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for accounting firms and their clients. This execution-focused role involves managing configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live validation while serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate combines a solid accounting or finance foundation with strong project management instincts to ensure successful platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead customers through the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
Configure the accounting platform to translate client workflows into system settings.
Manage and validate the migration of financial data from legacy source systems.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve implementation risks and blockers early.
Develop best practice playbooks and documentation to scale future implementations.
