Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager leads customer-facing work to bring new provider practices and TINs through successful launch on Counterpart Assistant. This role involves partnering with internal teams and customers to drive accountability, manage concurrent implementations, and ensure timely, high-quality project completion. The position also focuses on refining the implementation playbook to reduce time-to-launch and improve customer satisfaction.
