Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager leads the Implementation team while directly contributing to the deployment, configuration, and onboarding of customers onto Owner Relations' software. This hands-on role supports both pre-sale and post-sale activities, ensuring clear technical guidance, accurate project planning, and a smooth transition to Support. The position requires collaboration with multiple internal teams to deliver successful implementation outcomes and a consistent customer experience.
