Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist manages a portfolio of journals, partnering with Publishing teams to ensure production-ready operations and compliant submit-to-accept workflows. The role involves collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to proactively address quality issues and deliver best-in-class standards across the Group Publishing Operations team. Additionally, the specialist gathers system requirements, maintains peer review systems, and conducts training for internal and external stakeholders.
