Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist supports the pre and post implementation process for Solera products, acting as a technical customer-facing expert to gather requirements and deliver configuration strategies. The role involves documenting test scenarios, collaborating with configuration and training teams, and occasionally training customers on new configurations. This position requires strong insurance domain expertise, particularly in P&C or auto claims operations, and excellent communication skills to align with product, sales, and customer stakeholders.
