About this role

The Implementation Success Manager - Expense is an experienced project manager responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AppZen Expense Audit and Card Audit implementations. This role involves managing multiple concurrent implementations across various countries, overseeing scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder engagement from kick-off through go-live and hypercare. The position requires working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST to align with global customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end deployment of AppZen Expense Audit and Card Audit implementations
Drive requirement gathering and translate customer needs into application design
Manage UAT test results, bug-fixing, and cut-over plans
