Import and Trade Compliance Manager

This role directs all import operations and trade compliance functions for the company's customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and NVOCC activities. The position ensures that all import and export transactions adhere to U.S. and foreign laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining strong relationships with regulatory agencies. The individual serves as the Qualifying Individual for the Customs Brokerage license and oversees compliance with CBP, FDA, and USDA requirements.
