Import Documentation Officer

This role manages the end-to-end import documentation and shipping process, ensuring accurate preparation, processing, and tracking of all import documents from shipment initiation to final clearance and delivery. The position requires ensuring timely clearance of consignments, compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, and proper coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents. The goal is to minimize delays, demurrage, and related costs while maintaining smooth communication across teams.
