Improvement Engineer (w/m/d)

About this role
This role drives continuous improvement of production processes within a GMP-regulated veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The position works closely with production team leads and managers to enhance quality, efficiency and cost performance while supporting documentation, change control and regulatory readiness. The role is hands-on on the shopfloor and contributes to production projects, product transfers and SOP optimization.
