BYU-Pathway Worldwide
This role supports missionaries during their first twelve weeks in the mission field by providing remote training, coaching, and feedback on gospel principles and missionary resources. The In-Field Mentor works within the Learning and Development division to help missionaries apply teachings to real-world experiences through one-on-one coaching and small group facilitation. The position requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of approved missionary curricula.
