In-Home Respite and Personal Assistance Program Manager

The In-Home Respite and Personal Assistance Program Manager leads the launch and operation of two Regional Center-vendored services: In-Home Respite and Personal Assistance. This role is responsible for building the program vision, designing service models, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies. The position also involves managing family relations, overseeing service delivery, and driving program growth and fiscal management.
