In-Home Therapist

The In-Home Therapist provides community-based and in-home therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families, focusing on improving communication, enhancing family functioning, and supporting social, emotional, and behavioral health needs. The clinician works collaboratively with a team to implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide crisis support to help youth remain safe in their homes and communities. This role involves delivering strength-based individual and family therapy, care coordination, and direct skill building across home, school, and community settings.
