In-House Counsel

This position serves as in-house counsel under the direct supervision of the General Counsel, providing legal advice and representation for GBRA's real estate transactions, land rights, water resources, and utility operations. The role involves advising management and the Board on legal issues, drafting and negotiating real estate and utility agreements, and coordinating with outside counsel on property disputes and condemnation proceedings. It requires interpreting complex legal materials and ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and regulations affecting public entities and utility operations.
