In-House Counsel

The In-House Counsel serves as the company's top legal advisor and strategic business partner to the executive team, overseeing all legal matters including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role focuses heavily on construction law and commercial contracting while leading the contracts function and partnering across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership. The position ensures the company scales responsibly, protects the business, and operates with excellence and integrity while enabling speed and innovation.
