Inbound Specialist, Ground

The Inbound Specialist, Ground manages the destination half of ground shipments from origin departure through confirmed delivery, financial reconciliation, and file release for invoicing. This role maintains in-transit visibility, secures proof of delivery, and ensures data parity between e2open TMF and Descartes Aljex systems. The specialist is responsible for closing the file by reconciling revenue and costs, pre-alerting the billing team, and escalating any transit or delivery exceptions.
